2024 NFTE West Feedback Frenzy (In-Person)
Coaching and Judging Opportunity. Preference from Partner is that volunteers who sign up to Coach will register for Judging slots as well.
Volunteer Role (Coach):
As a Business Plan Coach, you will have the important role of working with our student CEOs to strengthen their pitch and provide constructive feedback to the student businesses on their business ideas ahead of the semifinal and final rounds of the West YEC.
Volunteer Role (Judge):
As a Business Plan Judge, you will be able to provide constructive feedback to the student businesses on their business ideas and presentation skills.
Location: A Place Called Home (2901 S. Central Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90011)
Session Dates & Times:
- Coaching Session: Wednesday, May 15th, from 5:00 - 6:30 PM PST
- Judging Session: Wednesday, May 22nd, from 5:00 - 6:30 PM PST
2024 NFTE West Investor Pitch Challenge - QF Round
As an IPC Quarterfinals Judge, you will review the submissions and provide evaluations based on the NFTE E2 rubric. Multiple judges will evaluate each submission to ensure parity and all scores will be averaged to establish the ranking of entries and determine the semifinalist.
Date: Saturday, May 11th to Monday, May 13th
Time: Judging opens May 11th at 9:00 AM PST and Closes May 13th at 5:00 PM PST

2024 NFTE West Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge - SF Round
As a YEC Semifinals Judge, you will have the important role of determining which student business offers the most innovative solution to a real-world problem and demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You will also have the opportunity to provide constructive feedback to the student businesses on their business ideas via our judging platform, Reviewr.
