2026 NFTE South Youth Entrepreneurship Showcase Quarterfinals (Asynchronous)

The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) Regional Youth Entrepreneurship Showcase Finals is the culminating event of the NFTE program, where students present business ideas they have developed throughout the year. Students participating in this competition have advanced through their school and district-level events and will present their business plans to a panel of volunteer judges from the entrepreneurial and professional community.

This year’s South Regional Showcase will be hosted by Comerica and sponsored by EY, G-Unity, PayPal, Santander, and Zuora, with associate support from American Student Assistance (ASA).

The top South Region businesses will advance to the National Competition in November 2026 in New York City.

South Youth Entrepreneurship Showcase Semifinals Virtual + Asynchronous Judging

**Judging Window: Monday, April 13, 9:00 AM CST – Wednesday, April 15, 11:59 PM CST

**Please note:  This is a self-paced, remote, and asynchronous volunteer opportunity.  Register below and you will be able to review the businesses during times that work BEST FOR YOU.  In addition, if you are a judge for the semifinals round, you will not serve as a judge for the first round in the same sub-regional category, and vice versa.

Your Role As a judge, you'll volunteer using our online business plan competition platform called Reviewr. You will be assigned 3-5 student business plans to review, including pitch decks, executive summaries, and pitch videos. Using a rubric form we provide, you will score each presentation and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their business plans and presentation skills.

Time Commitment: 2-3 hours, self-paced and virtual during the judging window listed above, including orientation and platform training

Tech Requirements: Computer and strong internet connection

How to Prepare: NFTE staff will provide you with a Reviewr platform guide and judge orientation materials, including student business pitch templates and the scoring rubric.
