NFTE Bay Area Fast Pitch Coaching Session with Various High Schools

Help a young person start their entrepreneurial journey to a better future. NFTE activates the entrepreneurial mindset and builds startup skills in youth from under-resourced communities to ensure their success and to create a more vibrant society. We rely on volunteers from the business and entrepreneurial community to bring real-world insights and expertise to the classroom experience.
 

During this Fast Pitch Coaching session, you will help build students’ confidence and presentation skills while providing business insights and suggestions for their business ideas. You’ll be matched up with students (1-5) that want support on their business pitch and plan. Students will begin by presenting their fast pitch and then you will ask follow-up questions and offer feedback.

Tech requirements:

1. Device (computer or tablet) with a camera and mic, you must be 'camera ready'
2. Strong internet connection for a webconference
3. Ability to connect to Zoom videoconferencing, this may require using your personal device if your organization blocks Zoom

How to prepare:

1. NFTE will provide you with the setup and additional workshop materials for the session at least 2 days in advance.
2. NFTE will provide you with a calendar and Zoom link upon your confirmation as a coach.
