Our students are close to the finish line! They are nearly ready to submit their video pitches and business plan presentations for the regional quarterfinal competition. As a business plan coach, you will have the opportunity to review student pitch videos, help students make edits on their business plans and executive summaries, as well as make presentation skills recommendations before students make a final pitch video submission.
Due to the incredible amount of support and interest from our volunteer community, this opportunity is set as 'express interest' and your registration will be confirmed on an ongoing basis. You are welcomed to express interest in one or more sessions, however, NFTE does reserve the right to only approve one minimally depending on the volume of volunteer sign-ups.
Tech requirements:
- Device (computer or tablet) with a camera and mic, you must be 'camera ready'
- Strong internet connection for a web-conference
- Ability to connect to Zoom videoconferencing, this may require using your personal device if your organization blocks Zoom
Once confirmed, you will receive an official calendar invite with the Zoom link. You do not need to prepare any materials ahead of time -- just your own career knowledge and passion for connecting with the next generation of leaders. A 30-minute orientation for coaches will take place at the beginning of the event, which is already included in your two-hour volunteer commitment.
